1. The Introductory APR does not apply to cash advances or balance transfers. After the Introductory Period, you will enjoy a variable Customary APR of 9.99% (as of 3/15/08). If at any time your Minimum Payment is late, the Introductory APR will increase up to the variable Default APR of 25.99% (as of 3/15/08). We apply payments to lower APR balances before higher APR balances. We have the right to change your APRs, fees, and other terms at any time, for any reason including, but not limited to, any change in your credit history, credit obligations, account performance, use of your credit lines with us or any creditor, or our financial return. Any changes will be in accordance with your Cardmember Agreement and applicable law.
2. No pre-set spending limit does not mean unlimited spending. We may permit you to incur charges (except ATM cash transactions) that cause your new balance to exceed your revolving credit line. Each such charge will be evaluated based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, account usage and performance, other account relationships with us and your experience with other creditors. If we authorize such charges, you will be required to pay the amount that exceeds your revolving credit line in full each month.
