After you complete the online application, you'll receive an e-mail notification confirming our receipt of your application. If necessary, one of our home equity specialists will contact you to finalize any documents you may need to submit to verify your application information.

Convenient Closing Options:

After you've applied and been approved for your Home Equity Line of Choice^SM or Loan from HSBC, we offer two convenient options when it's time to close your loan:

• At any HSBC branch - After your application is approved we'll send you an approval letter. Simply call the telephone number indicated in your letter to select a closing date at any HSBC branch.
• Closing agent / title company - If it's more convenient for you, you can arrange to close your Home Equity Line of Choice or Loan with a designated agent in your area.

Regardless of which option you choose, we'll disburse your funds quickly according to your specific instructions.
