When is my due date?
Your mortgage payment due date is listed on your monthly billing statement or coupon. A late charge is assessed if the payment has not been received and processed by the date noted. It is very important that you establish and maintain good credit by making sure your payment reaches us by the due date each month. Late payment can affect your credit record.
How Do I Make Payments?
Automatic Mortgage Payment Plan:
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) can save you time and money because there are no checks to write, no postage costs, no mail delays and no late charges to worry about! EFT's are accepted as long as your financial institution is affiliated with the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). Please call our Customer Service Department to apply for the EFT payment option or register for free Personal Internet Banking and sign up for EFT today. Already a Personal Internet Banking customer? All you need to do is log on to your account and sign-up for autopay.
Personal Internet Banking - (Sign up or log in):
If you have an HSBC checking account or savings account, you can simply transfer funds from that account to your mortgage account to pay your monthly payment.
One Time Payment:
If you do not have an HSBC Checking or Savings Account yet, you can still make your payment online using our free one time payment option. Just log on to Personal Internet Banking, select your mortgage account and select the One Time Payment option from the navigation menu.
Pay by Telephone:
Call us at 1-800-338-4626 with your checking account information and we can process your payment for a $20 fee.
Pay by Mail:
Each month you will receive a Monthly Mortgage Statement with a detachable coupon and return envelope for payments. Simply mail your payment using the coupon and return envelope. Upon receipt and processing of your monthly payment, we will produce and mail subsequent billing statements to you.

Pay in Person:
If you're near one of our branches, you may also take your mortgage payment to any HSBC branch. When paying at a branch, please bring the detachable coupon with you and write your account number on your check.
What is the Equity Accelerator program?
Equity Accelerator is an electronic feature you can add to your standard mortgage account to reduce your overall mortgage debt. By breaking your regular mortgage payment into biweekly transfers instead of a single monthly payment, you are paying down the balance more quickly, generally saving thousands of dollars over the cost of an average loan.

How do I pay off my loan?
Whether refinancing, selling your home or just paying off your mortgage, you can request information from Customer Service in three easy ways:

What if I don't receive a statement?
If you misplace or do not receive your current billing statement, please mail your payment (with your mortgage account number written on the check) to HSBC Mortgage Corporation (USA), Suite 0241, Buffalo, NY 14270-0241.
