Become Our Business Partner
In order to become a Business Partner of HSBC Mortgage Corporation (USA), you must meet a series of qualifications.
Prospective partners are required to submit the following documents:
- Completed Application (With References)
- Company history
- Executed Credit Authorization Form with original signatures of owners
- Most recent Audited Financials for Parent Organization (if applicable)
- Resolution of Board of Directors (original signature required)
- Copies of Articles of Organizations (LLC) or Partnership Agreement (if applicable)
- Update Resumes of all active Principals and Processors
- Copies of State licenses or letters of exemption
- List of Branches including address, contact person, phone and fax
- List of affiliated Businesses and explanations (if applicable)
- If using a processing service, include copy of agreement, resume & 3 references (if applicable)
- If using a QC service, include copy of agreement, resume & 3 references (if applicable)
