How do I find out more information about or inspect a property?
Each property is listed with a local Realtor that can answer all your questions and show you the property. You can contact the Realtor by phone at the number indicated on the "REO Listing" or by e-mail. You can also click on the address of the property on most of our listings to link to a description page.

How do I make an offer on the property?
Contact the real estate broker provided. All offers must be on HSBC approved contracts. See real estate broker for details.

How do I know how much I can afford?
Our Affordability Analysis calculator can help you with this question. If you want a quick estimate, please refer to our mortgage calculators.

How do I obtain financing to purchase a property?
Use the links below to access the necessary information. The "Apply Now" link will access a page that provides complete information on what you need to apply for a mortgage through us. The "View Rates" link will access the page showing the current rates for all of our mortgage programs.
