HSBC Bank USA, N.A. And Affiliates Lower Prime and Reference Rate

New York -- HSBC Bank USA, N.A. and its affiliates announced that they lowered their prime and reference rate to 7.25% from 7.50% effective today, Tuesday, December 11, 2007.
