HSBC Officially Opens Irvine and Torrance, CA Branches
Grants Presented to Local Organizations at Grand Opening Celebrations

New York -- HSBC Bank USA, N.A. today announced the official grand openings of two California branches in Irvine and Torrance. The Irvine branch is located at 15315 Culver Drive, Suite 187 and the Torrance branch is located at 21842 Hawthorne Boulevard. To celebrate both openings, HSBC will host a welcome reception at each branch for guests including customers, community leaders, employees and other VIPs.
During the Irvine Grand Opening reception being held on Wednesday,

In order to serve the surrounding community's needs the Irvine office speaks Mandarin, Taiwanese and Spanish in addition to English. The Torrance branch speaks the following languages in addition to English, Mandarin, Shanghainese, Cantonese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Spanish. Amenities available at each branch include ATMs, safe deposit boxes, on-site parking, Premier relationship managers, mortgage specialists and financial advisors. In addition, the Torrance branch will have an on-site business relationship manager. Joyce Guerard is the branch manager for the Torrance branch and Wendy Zimmerman is the branch manager in Irvine.
HSBC currently has 21 branches in California and plans to double this number by 2009.
