Log in to get access or to register for your own secure Myfolder, where you can view your policies and your payment information, change or update payment source or personal information, change or add beneficiaries, review past correspondence, or send us a secure message.

For secure email or other confidential inquiries, click on Manage My Account link above, log on to your Myfolder online account, click on "Contact Us" and we will respond to you in 1 to 2 business days. To log on, you will need your Account Number or your Social Security Number as your User ID, and you will need your password that you set up at the time you registered.

For general inquiries about your account, email us at TermLifeService@us.hsbc.com. We will respond to you in 1 to 2 business days. Please do not include personal/account information in these unsecured email correspondences. Any account inquiries should be done through "Contact Us" included in your Myfolder.
