Review your account and explore your payment options any time with personalized, secure, 24/7 online access.
Use "Myfolder" to do things like:
- Update your address, contact, and log-in information
- Change your billing frequency: annually, semi-annually, quarterly and monthly
- Change payment source: credit card, funds transfer from checking or savings
- Download and print an extra copy of your policy, in addition to the one HSBC Insurance will send you
- Update your beneficiary designation and/or disbursement allocation
- Send a secure email to our team of dedicated specialists.
After you have been approved for your policy, you can log in or register for Myfolder account access by clicking on the "Manage My Account" tab.
