HSBC Insurance offers a unique account management tool called "Myfolder."
Once your application is approved, you can immediately sign up for convenient online access to your account. From your dedicated "Myfolder", which you can also access by clicking on the "Manage My Account" link above, you can do many things:
- Update your address
- Change your billing frequency: annually, semi-annually, quarterly or monthly
- Change payment source: credit card, funds transfer from checking or savings
- Download and print an extra copy of your policy, in addition to the one HSBC Insurance will send you
- Update your beneficiary designation and/or disbursement allocation
- Send a secure email to our team of dedicated specialists
