Welcome to the New Website
We've changed our look
On May 6th, HSBC Bank USA, N.A. unveiled a new look for the us.hsbc.com web site. You still have access to all the products and online services you do today, but now you can enjoy a new look and easier navigation:
- Fresher and streamlined content
- Easier and faster access to products and services
- Better searches to help you find what you're looking for
- New prominent Log On feature for access to all your online banking services from any page
Navigating the new Site
Products and Services
You can still access HSBC's web site through the us.hsbc.com web address, just as you do today. One of the new features of the new site is the navigation tool at the top of each page. To access HSBC products, simply move your mouse across the top navigation to reveal a drop down menu of products and services for your selection.
Online Banking Access
At the top right section of each web page, a Log On field is displayed that allows you to log on to HSBC online banking services, such as Personal Internet Banking, from any page on the site. Simply select the Log On button then select the HSBC online banking service from the drop-down menu.

If you've started to fill out an online application for a deposit account and saved it, simply click the Retrieve an existing application link and be prepared to provide the following information:
First Name and Last Name
Social Security Number
Date of Birth
Your application will be made available for completion.
If you did not save your online application, you'll need to reapply for the product you are interested in. Simply return to the product page on the Public website that you were interested in and click the apply now button.
