Bank marks re-opening with $5000 donation to the Brooklyn Public Library

New York, NY - HSBC Bank USA, N.A, (HSBC) part of one of the world's largest financial services organizations, marks the official re-opening of its Georgetowne, Brooklyn Branch tonight with a special event for customers and community leaders. Located at 2145 Ralph Avenue, the branch has been extensively renovated throughout and now features some of the very latest in customer-friendly design and banking technology.
Operating with a staff of 14 locally employed banking professionals the Georgetowne Branch provides a full range of financial services to both businesses and individuals. The 5200 square foot facility now features a streamlined teller queuing system with dedicated Premier and Business zones, conference rooms, private interview rooms, a customer reception area, two indoor ATMs and night depositary, as well as convenient parking nearby.
Branch manager Paul Martorana is a career banker with over 25 years professional experience in and around the New York City area. Paul and the branch team team are able to provide banking assistance in six languages (Spanish, French, Creole, Bengali, Hindi and Urdu) as well as English. Between them they offer more than 185 years-worth of combined financial services experience.
A key area of focus for the branch is Premier1, HSBC's global personal banking service. This offers international recognition, worldwide support, wealth management, 2 insurance, mortgages, 3 a credit card, 4 access to a relationship manager and 'Global View', a unique online service which allows customers to access and manage all of their international Premier accounts in one place.

During this evening's event HSBC will mark the occasion of its Georgetowne Branch re-launch with a presentation of a $5000 check to the Brooklyn Public Library5. All funds will be used to support local community programs.
