HSBC Select Credit^® for Overdraft Protection

Select Credit for Overdraft Protection ("Select Credit") is an overdraft product and is only available for customers who hold a qualified checking account relationship with HSBC Bank USA, N.A. The Select Credit for Overdraft Protection Account ("Account" or "Select Credit Account") will be closed if the checking account linked to the Select Credit Account is closed. Any outstanding balance will be paid in accordance with your Agreement and applicable law.
