If you forget your Personal Internet Banking password or Security Key, you can create a new one right online. In the Enter your Password or Enter your Security Key section, click the link stating "Forgot your Password?"
In order for us to verify your identity so that you can create a new Password, you will need to provide the answers to both of the Security Questions that you created when you first registered for Internet Banking.

Moving to the U.S.To qualify for an HSBC Premier relationship, you need to open an HSBC Premier checking account and maintain $100,000 in combined U.S. personal deposit and investment balances. Business owners may use their commercial balances to qualify for personal HSBC Premier relationship. A monthly maintenance fee of $50 will be incurred if minimum balance requirements are not maintained.
