To qualify for an HSBC Premier relationship, you need to open an HSBC Premier checking account and maintain $100,000 in combined U.S. personal deposit and investment balances. Business owners may use their commercial balances to qualify for personal HSBC Premier relationship. A monthly maintenance fee of $50 will be incurred if minimum balance requirements are not maintained.

To be eligible for a Premier Deluxe Mortgage, Premier customers need combined personal deposit and investment balances of at least $100,000 USD or equivalent at HSBC (in the U.S. or home country); the Premier balances must be fully funded before the closing of the mortgage loan.

To qualify for an HSBC Advance relationship, you need to open an HSBC Advance checking account and maintain $10,000 in combined U.S. personal deposit and investment balances. Business owners may use their commercial balances to qualify for a personal HSBC Advance relationship. A monthly maintenance fee of $20 will be incurred if minimum balance requirements are not maintained

To be eligible for an Advance Deluxe Mortgage, Advance customers need combined personal deposit and investment balances of at least $10,000 in the U.S.; the Advance balances must be fully funded before the closing of the mortgage loan.

You'll just need to show proper identification at any HSBC branch. Encashment are dependent on available balance; local country limitations may apply.
