In addition to opening the doors to home financing solutions, an HSBC Premier2 relationship will give you access to a range of other exclusive Premier product and offers.
1 To be eligible for an HSBC Premier Deluxe Mortgage, you must: (1) be an HSBC Premier relationship customer with an U.S. Premier checking account; and (2) have combined personal deposit and investment balances of at least $100,000 USD or equivalent at any member of the HSBC Group (in the U.S. or home country). The Premier balances must be fully funded before the closing of the mortgage loan. 2 To qualify for an HSBC Premier relationship, you need to open an HSBC Premier checking account and maintain $100,000 in combined U.S. personal deposit and investment balances. Business owners may use their commercial balances to qualify for a personal HSBC Premier relationship. A monthly maintenance fee of $50 will be incurred if minimum balance requirements are not maintained.
United States persons are subject to U.S. taxation on their worldwide income and may be subject to tax and other filing obligations with respect to their U.S. and non-U.S. U.S. persons should consult a tax advisor.
