Cellular Wireless Telephone Protection

You must charge your monthly Eligible Cellular Wireless Telephone bill to your HSBC Advance Mastercard credit card. You are eligible for coverage the first day of the calendar month following the payment of your Eligible Cellular Wireless Telephone billed to your HSBC Advance Mastercard credit card.

 

How to file a claim:

  1. To initiate a claim, go to www.mycardbenefits.com or call 1-800-Mastercard.
  2. You must report the claim within 90 days of the loss, or as soon as reasonably possible.
