To get coverage:

1. Use your HSBC Elite World Elite Mastercard credit card when paying for the entire car rental agreement (tax, gasoline, and airport fees are not considered rental charges).
2. You must decline the optional collision/damage waiver (or similar coverage) offered by the rental company.
3. Your rental agreement must be for a rental period of no more than 31 consecutive days. The rented vehicle must have a MSRP that does not exceed $50,000 USD.

To file a claim:

Go to www.mycardbenefits.com or call 1-800-Mastercard. You must report the claim within 60 days of the loss or the claim may not be honored.
