Lost or Damaged Luggage²

To get coverage:

You must pay the entire cost of the common carrier ticket(s) with your

HSBC Premier World Mastercard® credit card and/or accumulated points from your HSBC Premier World Mastercard® credit card.

 

How to file a claim:

  1. To initiate a claim, go to www.mycardbenefits.com or call 1-800-Mastercard within sixty (60) days of the incident. 
  2. Report within twenty-four (24) hours any loss or damage to the common carrier.
