You must pay the entire cost of the common carrier ticket(s) with your HSBC Elite World Elite Mastercard® credit card and/or accumulated points from your HSBC Elite World Elite Mastercard® credit card.

How to initiate a claim:

To initiate a claim, go to www.mycardbenefits.com or call

1-800-Mastercard within 60 days of the incident.

Report within 24 hours any loss or damage to the common carrier.
