3 APR for Purchases is Prime + 9.99%. APR for transactions such as cash advances and balance transfers is Prime +17.99%. APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate. The Prime Rate used is the highest domestic U.S. Prime Rate published in the “Money Rates” chart of The Wall Street Journal on the first business day of the preceding calendar quarter.
