We are excited to announce that we have kicked-off renovations to upgrade the look and feel of our Wealth Centers. Construction is on a site-by-site basis and will continue in the coming months. Please excuse our appearance as we remain open at all locations during this time.

As we continue to evolve our wealth centers, you’ll see changes including the removal of teller areas traditionally used for everyday banking transactions, like cashing checks or making deposits. We encourage you to use our digital banking channels for a convenient, safe and easy way to bank.

To schedule an in-person appointment with our Wealth Center Team at a time that works best for you, email your Premier Relationship Manager for their personalized online booking link. Evening and weekend appointments are available. 

You can also make a virtual appointment with a Direct Relationship Banking Team member anytime between 8 am – 8 pm.

3 Global View and Global Transfers are only available for HSBC Premier (which includes HSBC Jade) and HSBC Advance clients and are not available in all countries. Foreign currency exchange rates and local country limitations may apply. Check with your destination country for limitation information. Transfers from HSBC accounts from outside the U.S. may be subject to transfer fees. Personal Internet Banking is required to access Global View and Global Transfers. Access to U.S. Personal Internet Banking through Global View from outside the U.S. may be limited.

 

4 To qualify for an HSBC Premier relationship, you need to open an HSBC Premier checking account and maintain:

 

• Balances of $75,000 in combined U.S. consumer and qualifying commercial U.S. Dollar deposit and investment‡ accounts; OR

• Monthly recurring direct deposits totaling at least $5,000 from a third party to an HSBC Premier checking account(s); OR

• HSBC U.S. residential mortgage loan with an original loan amount of at least $500,000, not an aggregate of multiple mortgages. Home Equity products are not included.

• Consumers who maintain Jade status.

 

A monthly maintenance fee of $50 will be incurred if one of these requirements is not maintained. Legal Processing fees may apply. Third party fees and/.
