We are excited to announce that we have kicked-off renovations to upgrade the look and feel of our Wealth Centers. Construction is on a site-by-site basis and will continue in the coming months. Please excuse our appearance as we remain open at all locations during this time.

Featuring sleek, new client meeting rooms and lounges that provide a more private setting to discuss your needs, the Wealth Centers are a place where we can nurture client relationships to better understand your evolving financial goals.

As we continue to evolve our wealth centers, you’ll see changes including the removal of teller areas traditionally used for everyday banking transactions, like cashing checks or making deposits. We encourage you to use our digital banking channels for a convenient, safe and easy way to bank.

Deposits by Mail

  • HSBC accepts check deposits sent through the mail
  • Deposit by Mail by DHL/FEDEX is available for customers outside the U.S.
  • Accompany your check with a completed deposit slip
  • Mail your check and deposit slip to:

Request a Cashier's Check

  • Requesting a Cashier's Check is easy – chat with us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using Personal Internet Banking or your HSBC Mobile Banking App2
  • Checks are sent within 2-3 business days regular mail.
  • All checks $10,000 or more will be sent as a 2 day FedEx delivery and will require a signature.

Ordering Foreign Currency

  • You can request Foreign Currency in person or over the phone with Wealth Center Staff
  • Foreign Currency will be delivered to a Wealth Center and must be picked up within 5 business days of Wealth Center delivery
  • Orders placed by 4:30 ET will be delivered overnight and received in the Wealth Center after 12pm ET
  • For next day morning delivery (next business day before 12pm) there is a fee of $5.00
  • For orders less than $300, there is $10 order fee
  • Orders over $5,000 will be shipped in separate overnight packages

Make an appointment

To schedule an in-person appointment with our Wealth Center Team at a time that works best for you, email your Premier Relationship Manager for their personalized online booking link. Evening and weekend appointments are available. 

You can also make a virtual appointment with a Direct Relationship Banking Team member anytime between 8 am – 8 pm.
