How can I request a credit limit increase?

The quickest and easiest way to request a credit limit increase is through Personal Internet Banking.

1.     Log on and select your HSBC Select Credit account.  

2.     Click 'My Account'.

3.     Click 'Services'.

4.     Click 'Credit Limit Increase' and input the requested information.

How do I complete an online transfer?

Transfer balances online today following these simple steps:

1.      Log on to Personal Internet Banking

2.      Click ‘Move money’

3.      Follow the prompts to transfer funds from your Select Credit account to the HSBC Checking Account of your choice             from the drop down menu

4.      Your money will then show as available in your HSBC Checking account

How do I complete a balance transfer?

By Mail

You’ll receive checks in your Welcome Kit, feel free to use these to pay off your balances.  

Personal Internet Banking - It’s quick and easy! 

1.      Log on and select your HSBC Select Credit account.

2.      Click 'Move money' from Select Credit to your HSBC Checking account.

3.      Once the funds show as available (which should be immediately), you can perform an online Bill Payment or write                  a check from your HSBC Checking account.

Don't have Online Banking yet? You’ll receive checks with your Welcome Kit, which will be mailed to you within 14 days. You can use these checks to transfer a balance.

How do I order checks for my Select Credit account?

Online Banking - To order checks online:

1. Log on to Internet Banking and select your HSBC Select Credit account.  

2. Click 'My Account'.

3. Click ‘Services'.

4. Click ‘Checks’, and then click ‘Submit’.

By Phone

How do I make a payment?

Personal Internet Banking - From an HSBC checking or savings account:

1.       Log on and select your HSBC Select Credit account.

2.       Click 'Move money'.

Personal Internet Banking - From a non-HSBC checking or savings account.  

1.       Log on and select your HSBC Select Credit account.

2.       Click 'My Account'.

3.       Then select ‘Payments’ -> ‘Make a Payment’.

By Mail - Fill in your pay stub and mail it along with your payment to the address provided:

Auto payment - You can pay your Select Credit bill automatically by enrolling in EZ-Pay.

1. Log on and select your HSBC Select Credit account.  

2. Click 'My Account'.

3. Then select ‘Payments’ -> ‘Schedule EZ-Pay’.
