Use your HSBC Mastercard® with Samsung Pay™

The easy way to pay with your Samsung Galaxy devices[@samsung-pay-compatibility]

Set up your card in a few easy steps.

Step 1

On your Galaxy device, open the Samsung Pay app.

Step 2

Touch ADD or, if this is the first payment Card being added, touch Add a Credit or Debit Card.

Step 3

Use the camera to capture your Card info or enter additional information manually.

Step 4

If necessary, authenticate your identity to verify the Card addition.

Shop securely and privately

Each transaction uses a device specific number instead of your Card number, which means your transactions remain secure, and your information stays safe.

Pay in stores, in apps, and online – with all of your Samsung Galaxy devices

In stores

Swipe up on your screen to launch Samsung Pay and authorize your transaction with your fingerprint. To pay, just hover your device close to the terminal where you'd usually swipe or tap your Card.

When you pay with your HSBC Mastercard® Credit and Debit Cards using Samsung Pay, you are still provided all the Rewards, benefits, and security normally associated with your Card.

In apps or shopping online

For in-app or online purchases, select Samsung Pay at checkout and then authenticate your purchase with your fingerprint, PIN or iris scan.
