Already registered with HSBC SmartServe?

Simply log on to HSBC SmartServe. You’ll then need to answer a number of questions and upload your documents.

Not yet registered with HSBC SmartServe?

HSBC SmartServe is the new, secure way to provide your information. It’s simple and convenient, and once registered you can log on to upload your documents and see any other requirements.

To register:

  1. Go to the HSBC SmartServe new user registration page
  2. Verify your email address and mobile number with a one-time verification code
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration and the HSBC Safeguard review

Please note, this is a legal requirement. If you don’t update your current details, you could have restrictions applied to your accounts and any credit cards.
