How to redeem your Points online

It's easy to check your balance and redeem your Points online:

  1. Log on to online banking.
  2. Select your credit card from the account summary screen.
  3. Click 'Manage' on the right side of the screen, then select 'View and redeem rewards'.
  4. You’ll be taken to the HSBC Rewards Program website. Your balance will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Browse rewards by choosing a category from the menu of options provided.
  6. To redeem, add your selected reward to your Shopping Cart or follow the instructions provided.
