How to view your HSBC Rewards balance, browse, and redeem rewards
To view your HSBC Rewards balance
- Log on to Personal Internet Banking.
- Select your credit card from the account summary screen.
- Click “Manage” on the right side of the screen, then select “View and redeem rewards”.
- You’ll be taken to the HSBC Rewards Program website. Your balance will be displayed on the screen.
To browse or redeem HSBC Rewards
- Log on to Personal Internet Banking.
- Select your credit card from the account summary screen.
- Click “Manage” on the right side of the screen, then select “View and redeem rewards”.
- You’ll be taken to the HSBC Rewards Program website. Browse rewards by choosing a category from the menu of options provided.
- To redeem, add your selected merchandise or gift card to your Shopping Cart or follow the instructions provided.
