Use your HSBC Mastercard® with Fitbit Pay

The easy way to make purchases on the go, right from your wrist

Set up your card in a few easy steps

Step 1

Open the Fitbit app on your iOS® or AndroidTM phone, with your Fitbit device nearby.

Step 2

Tap the Today tab, then tap your profile picture.

Step 3

Tap your device image, then tap the Google Pay or Wallet tile.

Step 4

Follow the on-screen instructions to add a payment card. In some cases, HSBC may require additional verification. If you’re setting up contactless payments for the first time, you may be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN code for your device. You also need passcode protection enabled for your phone.

Step 5

Once you've added a card, follow the on-screen instructions to turn on notifications for your phone (if you haven’t already done so) to complete the setup.

Shop securely and privately

Through an industry standard tokenization platform, your card information is never revealed or shared with merchants or Fitbit so your information stays private. A protected PIN of your choosing is required on Ionic for an added layer of protection.

Shop around the globe – right from your Fitbit watch

Now you can work out without your phone or wallet and still shop at your favorite stores. Fitbit Pay is accepted at any of the millions of stores that accept contactless payments.

You can add up to 6 cards on your Fitbit device (5 cards for Charge 3, Charge 4, and Charge 5), and choose which card to set as the default payment option on your device.
