How to pay your HSBC Credit Card and Select Credit bill

How to pay your credit card:

Using the HSBC Mobile app1:

HSBC credit card payments made with our mobile app are faster and easier than ever.
  1. Log on to your mobile app
  2. Click on the credit card account number you are paying
  3. Click on Manage Card
  4. Click on Make a Payment
  5. Follow the steps and click submit

Using your PC, Tablet or Web Browser:

  1. Log on to Personal Internet Banking
  2. Click on the Credit Card account number you are paying
  3. Click on the Manage Button to open a menu
  4. Click on Make a Payment
  5. A new browser window will appear and you will then see your Account information. 
  6. Click on Make a Payment
  7. Follow the steps and click submit

How to Enroll in AutoPay:

You’ll never miss a payment and you won’t have to log on, call us, or use a stamp.

Using the HSBC Mobile App1:

  1. Log into the Mobile App  
  2. Click on the Manage Card
  3. Click the Payments tab
  4. Click the Manage Button below the AutoPay label
  5. Follow the steps and click submit

Using your PC, Tablet or Web Browser:

  1. Log on to Personal Internet Banking
  2. Click on your HSBC Credit Card Account on the homepage  
  3. Click on the Manage button on the right side of your screen
  4. Click Make a Payment from the drop down
  5. A new browser window will appear and you will then see your Account information 
  6. Click on Payments on the top navigation
  7. Click on the Manage Button below the AutoPay label
  8. Follow the steps and click submit

How to Pay your Select Credit account:

Using your PC, Tablet or Web Browser:

  1. Log on to Personal Internet Banking
  2. Click on the Select Credit account number you are paying
  3. Click on the Manage Button to open a menu
  4. Click on Make a payment
  5. A new browser window will appear and you will then see your Account information. 
  6. Click Payments on the top navigation
  7. Click on Make a payment
  8. Follow steps and click submit

  3. Click on the Manage button on the right side of your screen
  4. Click Make a payment from the drop down

  6. Follow steps and click submit

How to pay your Credit Card or Select Credit account by telephone:

Call 1.800.975.4722 to make payments to your account from an HSBC deposit account or a deposit account with another financial institution using the automated phone system.

HSBC mailing address for payments to your Credit Card or Select Credit account:

Fill in your remittance stub and mail it along with your payment to the address provided:
