International Mail Delays

DHL and the United States Postal Service (USPS) have recently advised of delays and/or temporarily suspended services due to international travel disruptions. If you live outside of the US and are expecting mail from HSBC, please visit DHL and USPS for the most up to date information on service interruptions. An alternative to receiving statements by mail is to sign up for eStatements through online banking.

• If you are already enrolled for online banking - log on now, to select the accounts you want enrolled.
• If you are not currently enrolled for online banking – register now. As part of signing up, you'll be enrolled for your eligible accounts into eStatements.
